ABOUT ME
My fitness journey started when I saw a photo of myself that was taken at Christmas one year. I hadn’t realised how big I had gotten until I saw the candid photo.

It was the kick in the backside I needed to make a change in my life, and I think it was the best thing that could have happened.
​
I lost a total of 24kg over 12 months focusing on eating and exercise.
​
There have been bumps in the road, but I haven’t let them get me down.
​
Over the last 8 years I have fallen in love with fitness and want to be able to inspire and help others reach their fitness goals.
