Now that vaccination rates are allowing businesses to reopen we are all getting back to an existence that looks something close to pre-covid days.. remember those days? It feels like a lifetime ago really.
So, when coming out of our covid hibernation and heading into a fantastic Aussie summer it’s time to start thinking about your physical comeback.
As I have discussed in previous Blogs the key to smashing goals is to have a plan! It’s a great time to look at getting a personal trainer or local bootcamps. But it’s understandable you might not be able to afford those expenses on top of a gym membership etc.

Tips to planning
1. Decide on your main long term goal – So this would be your finish line, preferably 6-12mths away
2. Plan some short term goals along the way – these can be seen as road markers so usually 2-3mth timeframes

4. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you fail to reach any goals
Coming into the holiday season keeping any sort of fitness or healthy eating regime can be difficult but if you maintain your planned exercise routine throughout it will reduce the impact of the celebratory drinks and food over the next few months.
Remember, no one is perfect there is no point in trying to be.
Just strive to always do your best within your capabilities.
